The LOGM guys are from London, Ontario. Most of their video thumbnails are their CD album cover pattern PLUS the an additional transparent layer with another trippy swirly pattern on it - in combination made for hours of fun (on drugs). We did the post for this video at Topix, in Toronto, in 1995 or 1996.

For the longest time I couldn't figure out why this second track seemed so damned familiar. I just thought it was an "instant classic" that you just feel is made as if it always existed in a perfect form.
Yet when I just discovered there was a remix album for that track (below), I realized where I'd heard part of the hook before. I'd wager they'd make a great mashup (lemme know if you ever make one).

I forgot how much I love Hardfloor!
I always meant to make a session mix with only Hardfloor remixes of others' classics.
I have a long list of ideas for mashups, mixes, remixes, sampling, and covers.
Maybe one day I'll get on it - maybe even mix up my own score(s) for my big projects.
Know of any songs you think sound similar and/or would make a nice mashup?
(Sometimes the best mashups are those that contrast wildly, rather than sounding similar.)
