Please remember to report posts that break the rules.
1. No rage comics, memes, image macros, or other content that are hard to reasonably discuss. We don't hate memes, but they can easily drown out informative posts and/or questions.
2. No asking for anyone to do your homework. It's against the Academic Honesty Policy, creates low-discussion material, and makes real questions harder to see. It's okay to ask about non-specific subjects, however.
3. Do not comment with the intention of answering a question in an unhelpful manner. Don't tell someone to "just Google it" or link to a Wikipedia article.
4. Link to a source verifying your claim if it is not easily ascertainable. It's okay to say "Ebmaj7 is an Eb-G-Bb-D chord", as that is a completely incontrovertible fact. A claim such as "The V/IV secondary dominant was very popular in Baroque music" should be backed up with proof.
