A judge refused to overturn part of Utah’s lewdness law on Tuesday in a blow to a woman who is fighting criminal charges after her stepchildren saw her topless in her own home.

Title seems a bit misleading. I guess context is relevant.

Imagine if the courts had overturned this ruling.

The next case could have been a stepfather walking around naked in front of his stepchildren.
