I find this story strains credibility because (1) I know from close family experience that doctors treat other doctors with extreme professional courtesy and (2) once she started talking medical jargon nobody would question her training. I mean, if this really did happen it is a very egregious instance of over-the-top racism that I think is actually pretty rare in this kind of professional environment.

Other reasons to doubt is that this story checks all the NWO trigger boxes: (1) covid (2) BLM/defund-the-police/reparations.

When a pharmacist I know had kidney stones she was screaming for painkillers, so of course they didn't give her any for four hours assuming she was a junkie until somehow they proved her profession. Generally they won't be treated like normal patients but I find it highly ironic the issue here is being treated normally as you or I would. I have no sympathy she didn't get special treatment if the story is accurate.
