Good numbers considering that 50% of the population has below average intelligence scores.

But you wouldn't necessarily be able to tell where that 30% came from, probably more of a scatter plot trending towards lower IQ.

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution provides:

Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
