What a shock.

I swear half of criminology is junk because academic saps just buy all the bullshit criminals reel off to justify their bad behaviour.

Especially now we have access to criminals' internet browsing it's clear to see most of what they say is just straightforward lies.

Step 1: Tell people to blame others, rather than taking personal responsibility for their failings.

Step 2: Strangely their life still doesn't improve.

Step 3: They lash out.

Congratulations, you've ruined society!

Everything about this work history seems pretty normal (not including the threat). He worked there nearly 5-10 years (wasn't very clear) and had a few disciplines for absentee and not preforming once. That seems normal, especially since factories don't believe in people being sick.

It does sound like they found a petty reason to fire him. That doesn't mean it was racially motivated or that firing other people for petty reasons too, makes him the wrong one.

They fired him because he made some bad parts. A normal place would have a whole Quality Assurance plan, inspectors, and a process for reworks of flawed parts. They would send people for training before the very expensive step of firing them. He didn't or wasn't able to fix them before the end of his shift. I'm sure his shift had other shit he was supposed to be doing too and hey expected him to do both, because they had no real process or concept of realistic expectations.

So this only happened twice in 3 months, then they insta-canned him. This sounds like someone they were looking to cut loose. It also sounds like they tried some trickery, try to get him to sign some funky inspection sheets. If his grievance was already going on, and these were abnormal documents, then it was probably a smart thing to do to check with the union first before signing. This is the specific kind of thing the unions train you to be weary of, in such situations.

So dude called and made some vague threats it seems and was convicted of harassment. That's pretty shitty and concerning, obviously and especially, now. Apparently had a squeaky record and got a year probation, but this started as some hyped up terrorist threats charge.

Spokeswoman Kathy Carter did not provide what was said on those calls but said, “We believe it rose to the level of terroristic threats."

Okay Kathy Carter, did your office help a shitty company ruin a guy's life with trumped up "making terroristic threats" charges that the judge didn't agree with, or did you let the terrorist threat guy go, with a lazy plea bargain, so that he could preform an actual terrorist attack later?

Either way, we should be thoroughly investigating that case, and looking to unseat the prosecutors or elected people involved, if they are still around. (In my area, prosecutor is your last stepping stone to grind your way out to pasture with an elected judge position)

Monkey Niggers hooting and howling. Made the black policeman get a bit punchy.
