The Bible and Quran give slightly different accounts of the story of the Golden Calf.
In the Bible, the Golden Calf was created by Aaron, Moses's right hand man, one of the good guys. Him creating the Golden Calf was a case of a good person doing a bad thing.
But in the Quran, the Golden Calf was created by a man named Samiri, who was just a bad person.
Which version was better?
Personally, I find that the Quranic version corresponds better with reality. Was Dr. Fauci just a good person doing a bad thing when he was pushing the vaccine idol? I don't think so - I think he is just an evil psychopath. And I find that these days most people pushing idols are evil psychopaths like Samiri, as opposed to good people making mistakes like Aaron.
