You don’t have to explain why. You voted for someone who has mainstream video compilations of them fondling young children while whispering sexual shit into their ears that some mics picked up. Also a man who has compilations of his racism, his degeneracy, and his family’s degeneracy (and personal diaries about incest and sexual abuse written by his own daughter), all in personal and public videos and photos - and those don’t lie like people do.

Why did you vote for Biden? Because you’re a retard. And I fail to see why you being a “white male” is important. Why not: “I voted for Biden and here’s why”? Are you trying to cater to a certain demographic?

Regardless, you’re the first person in over a year on this site I ever called a name, and I really mean it, you’re retarded. Voting for the “lesser of two evils” (which is still voting for evil) is a stupid concept in itself, but who you consider to be the lesser of two evils says a lot about your intelligence. There’s no compilations of Trump inappropriately touching children over and over again while sniffing them and whispering sweet nothings into their ear. No videos or documents of Trump calling African Americans “super predators” (although there is the media twisting his words, like him calling ms-13 animals and then saying he said that about all illegal immigrants, for example).

Why would anyone with 2 brain cells support a man with a family filled with photo and video documented degeneracy, incest and other sexual perversions, international illegal scandals, consistent political corruption, rampant drug addiction (nothing left to the imagination; the evidence speaks for itself). At the very least a trump voter has this going for them - trump doesn’t show his degenerate side to the public. Biden is an open book.

You support all this disgusting behavior, incompetence and corruption in a leader? You’d have to be mentally compromised.

Edit: ahhh I see, you’re part of the wave that joined 4 months ago that most of this site considers cancer. Everything makes sense now.

Edit 2: I don't support Trump either. I think he's corrupt too. I already stated my opinion on the notion of “voting for the lesser of two evils”. The only reason I mention/make this edit is because I read a lot of new comments calling accounts or attributing the opinions in this thread to Trump supporters and the “alt-right”, 99% which none of the accounts in this thread are either of.

Well.. I got 36 insightful upvotes, which is rare and way above average, especially among comments on SaidIt. I got more insightful votes than the creator of this thread himself. Do you know what that means? More people here agree with me than they do you, and the OP. An unusually large amount, and they read. I don’t think they feel what I said is bullshit, like you do.

So yeah, I think people did read the 9 lines of text. How do you read anything besides headlines if 9 lines of text is “a lot” to you, especially on a discussion-based website? I bet you’ve never made it through an actual peer reviewed research article in your life. Some of those go up to 20 pages and beyond.

Triharder. And stop projecting with your name calling.

What has positive relations ever done for us besides get us in more wars?

Strengthen our economy, international stability, and geopolitical influence.

The US is far below what the Paris climate accord was aiming for, without giving them our money. How would he do this, especially with the next question?

Google it

If Democrats are going to tax the rich, why are all the rich people, wall street types, and major corporations supporting him?

Because Trump is a disaster for American stability and a total disgrace to every American value.

What weakened institutes?

Postal service, disaster preparedness, EPA, FCC, I could go on all day.

What power grab?

For instance, trying to force states to stop counting votes when it looks like he's ahead. Also firing Comey, forcing out Rosenstein, etc.

[–]Tarrock 7 insightful - 1 fun7 insightful - 0 fun8 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

1)The world is more stable than ever minus Coronavirus, which is entirely on china. Trump signed several peace agreements between middle eastern nations which are always the cause of wars in the last several decades.

2)You lose an argument when you say "Google it"

3)You're making an emotional argument. Any stablility issues can be blamed on the media's non-stop fear mongering, which as a reminder are all multi-billion corporations and for some reason are all supporting the candidate promising to raise their taxes.

4)The postal service has always been garbage that is a money sink and is run ineffiently. There's a reason why FedeX and UPS became as big as they are. Also, all the rucus about the postal service was only done because Nancy Pelosi's husband has high value contracts from the USPS. As a reminder, the Pelosis are worth 130M and are siding with the candidate promising to raise their taxes. There's been problems with disaster relief before bush. There's nothing wrong with the FCC, I still remember the left saying we'd all die from Net Neutrality being revoked, and absolutely nothing happened once it was.

5)While I disagree with the whole stop counting thing, there's huge problems right now with observers being disallowed from just watching from afar, which is mainly behind it. Also, the President has the ability to fire CIA, FBI, etc heads at any time. Why are you protecting these agencies as they're unelected jobs with 0 accountability to the american people. These agencies literally have depts dedicated to destabilizing and undermining foreign countries.

Not America

2)You lose an argument when you say "Google it"

I'm not here to win an argument

Any stablility issues can be blamed on the media's non-stop fear mongering

Trump has spent 4 years sabotaging our institutions and installing yes men for his own personal gain.

4)The postal service has always been garbage that is a money sink and is run ineffiently. There's a reason why FedeX and UPS became as big as they are. Trump made them worse by installing cronies to protect his personal interests

Also, the President has the ability to fire CIA, FBI, etc heads at any time. Why are you protecting these agencies as they're unelected jobs with 0 accountability to the american people. These agencies literally have depts dedicated to destabilizing and undermining foreign countries.

They should be serving the country, not the president.

1)The world doesn't revolve around America. I thought lefties liked to say that.

2)Good, cause you're not.

3)As a reminder: this is power bestowed upon the president by the law and every president has used it by some extent.

4)Trump's lost money as president and essentially ruined his brand, I don't see how he's protecting his personal interests.

5)Then get out and demand the FBI and CIA and other alphabet agencies be held accountable to the people, cause currently they're not.

The world doesn't revolve around America.

It's the American election :/

As a reminder: this is power bestowed upon the president by the law and every president has used it by some extent.

Not an excuse

Trump's lost money as president and essentially ruined his brand, I don't see how he's protecting his personal interests.

He's consolidated tons of power and gotten away with countless crimes.

Then get out and demand the FBI and CIA and other alphabet agencies be held accountable to the people, cause currently they're not.

Will do. First step, vote out the guy misusing them.

Since you say "The US if far below what the Paris climate accord was aiming for", what is the target metric you're referring to? I'm not saying I distrust you, but it's the first time I've heard this claim.

carbon emissions.

https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=43615#:~:text=U.S.%20energy%2Drelated%20carbon%20dioxide%20(CO2)%20emissions%20declined%20by,in%20the%20past%20five%20years.

We've been going down in the last few years. Meanwhile other countries are continuing to rise up.

The Paris Climate accord was just a way to redistribute money from rich countries to poorer ones with no accountability. Most of the money was going to go to nations where you know the money would've ended up in the friendly neighbor warlord's pocket. Not to mention, China's carbon goals requested that they lowered their emissions by 2030, but like I said, it had no teeth, so they were free to take the money and run.

I'll say the REAL reason they are getting a pass: They make our cheap shit for us!

If they had to reduce their emissions, they could no longer undercut the prices.

    [–]wecandobetter 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

That's probably the right answer. I was thinking about that the other day. Companies keep moving manufacturing from cheap shithole to cheap shithole, moving on whenever labor costs start rising. But they're running out of shitholes. The end-state of globalization, unchecked, would be a world-wide equalizing of wealth and labor-leverage. Wealthier people demand things like clean air and water and nature parks and fewer 8-limbed babies. They can't have that. So they have to somehow artificially freeze certain areas in filthy cheapness, bake in a permanent underclass if you will.

Right. Now how exactly does your skin color play a part in any of this?

Doesn't a positive relationship with our allies just lead to more wars of terror, and leave us looking worse on a global front? Are our allies the Chinese who are taking over both Canada and Australia? You know those allies that have payed off the Bidens?

Are you aware of how much damage the green washing of plastics has done to our oceans over the 40 years, and who's responsible for that?

Do you actually think the Democrats are going to tax their rich backers? And not say, the last of the middle class?

Are you aware that simply calling Trumps cabinet and officials 'cronies' means nothing and is simply name calling?

Are you aware that the presidential powers Trump is using, came into existence during the Obama administration?

Right. Now how exactly does your skin color play a part in any of this?

Because white men were Trump's core demographic

Doesn't a positive relationship with our allies just lead to more wars of terror, and leave us looking worse on a global front?

    No

Are our allies the Chinese who are taking over both Canada and Australia?

Our military bases and trade networks are our biggest advantage over Russia and China

Are you aware of how much damage the green washing of plastics has done to our oceans over the 40 years, and who's responsible for that?

Not as much as acidification due to carbon emissions and disposable plastics.

Do you actually think the Democrats are going to tax their rich backers? And not say, the last of the middle class?

    Yes

Are you aware that simply calling Trumps cabinet and officials 'cronies' means nothing and is simply name calling?

Yes, it's not about the label.

Are you aware that the presidential powers Trump is using, came into existence during the Obama administration?

Even if that were true it wouldn't be an excuse

3 peace deals. Zero from Obama.

-Enact a meaningful plan to combat climate change

Fusion. Stop wasting everyone's time with the commie Green New Deal.

    -Tax the rich

    LOL.

-Attempt to restore our weakened institutions & fire Trump cronies

Most of the cronies are democrats.

-Last and most importantly, end Trump's authoritarian power grabs.

    Please provide examples.

So you voted to follow the Democratic platform. Every item on your list is a vague platitude. No substance there at all to describe the details of how any of that would work. The answer is that it doesn't work. I have come up with a term I like: observational politics. What you have written in your statement is theoretical politics. But in reality, watching the Democratic machine in action over the past 50 years (and Biden is the absolute epitome of that machine), they've made things worse. That's the simple truth. You're voting for a platform which is a simplistic, overgeneralized summary of a real-world ideology which has been dominant for most of the past 30 years. During that time, our country has become consistently less free, less representative, and less peaceful. If you keep voting for mirages, this is the result. Again, this is observation, not theory. I didn't vote for either candidate because neither has any desire to address the simple imbalance behind our society's decline: we consume more than we produce. Until we decide to address that imbalance (which involves the monetary system), the decline will continue. Your platitudes just keep the wheel spinning faster.

    [–]StillLessons 8 insightful - 2 fun8 insightful - 1 fun9 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

I have looked at it. I have family who argue for the same things, and I know the details. This doesn't change the fundamental point I'm making, however. The details of how this theory is supposed to work out do not reflect the reality of how it has worked out over the past 30 years. I don't see anything new. Three of five of your points (points 1,4 and 5) basically boil down to "restore the status quo pre-Trump". That status quo was failing badly, which is precisely why Trump was elected in the first place. Points 2 and 3, climate change and tax the rich, are two different ways to give more power and control to a political/corporate elite who already have vastly too much power over the citizenry. There's no change in direction here. It's the same pattern that has led to a downward trend in individual satisfaction (observed, not modeled) for the past 50 years. Why continue this?

    [–]DoubleReverse[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

First of all his term hasn't started yet, second of all the alternative was Trump.

You're still very much ignoring u/StillLessons excellent point - which is that if you look at what Democrats do, not what they say they'll do, they are either horribly ineffective or else they're liars, and all the years of Clinton and Obama didn't look a wit different from the Bush years in terms of war, decline in economic mobility, decline in civic institutions, and general undermining/malaise in the working class. Joe has no fucking brilliant new ideas....he's a relic of the old machinery. He has nearly 50 years of politics behind him showing what he is and what he does, and dude, he can not and will not deliver any of those vaguely nice sounding things.

    [–]DoubleReverse[S] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Except that's really just a generalization, and even if it were true that's hugely preferable to another Trump term.

Well, you voted for communism, which is basically globalism and aims to have a mass population of starving, dying people so they can depend on programs forever, around the world. Trump just wanted to end this trend and start rebuilding the country, while also pointing out the media bias. It is what it is. Let's hope the system survives. Ironically it is this collective mindset of identitarianism, especially combined with socialism that is authoritarian. Their aim is to control people, that's why Trump supporters are demonized because it's an attempt to control people by scaring them.

    Tax the rich

surprisingly, a lot of the poor and middle class are against raising taxes especially after when the rich get their tax cuts, the federal government still needs to make up for the lost revenue and they charge the middle class and lower more taxes to make up for that revenue. I guess those in the middle class and lower classes are holding out hope that maybe one their they will win powerball and when they do, they want their taxes to be nice and low.

    [–]emptiedriver 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (24 children)

The amount of money the super rich have is beyond any level of use and there are millions of people literally suffering in the meantime.

Life is a limited resource. Don't try to save up money for a life beyond the one you have. People waste their time looking at their money grow or shrink, without ever using it or enjoying it. They are only increasing their greed, until they die and pass it on to grandchildren, and the cycle continues. When it's a large enough amount of money, taxing it so that basic needs can be met for all is fair. In a more even system, no one has hundreds of millions, but also no one lives on the street or can't afford food.

Winning powerball is pure luck. How long you live has a lot to do with luck too. If you live for 80 years, & you win powerball at 40 then you have maybe four decades to enjoy it, and for some of those years you don't even want to do much more than sit around. Why not share the wealth?

    [–]Intuit 7 insightful - 2 fun7 insightful - 1 fun8 insightful - 2 fun -  (15 children)

Saving money is how you don't become a burden to others in the future. It gives you more confidence and flexibility. People who complain about being slaves to their employer don't save money. People who make money and save it are being more productive and creating more wealth for everyone. If you punish them for being more productive, there will be less wealth to go around for everyone. Some people really are more effective at creating wealth than others. I want them to have more resources at their disposal. It benefits me.

    [–]emptiedriver 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

sure, saving money to become flexible, buy a house, invest in a business, take vacations and explore options is great, but a) most people don't do it beyond perhaps the house, they just hoard the money and watch its value increase, and b) the super-rich who are the ones in question here, who literally have billions of dollars to "give them confidence", would not lose anything if their taxes were raised a bit and the comparative wealth in the country went back to something more like how it was a few decades ago.

It has just gotten out of hand and there's no purpose or fairness to it. No one should have that much more power than their peers. It's much more like a monarchy/ oligarchy than a democracy. They cannot possibly earn that much money, even if they create the most socially important and unique thing, and most of the time they are essentially lucky with their starting company, and then lucky with investments.

    [–]Intuit 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

No one should have that much more power than their peers.

I'm fine with people having power over what they own and have acquired through voluntary exchange. I'd be thrilled with government that is non-existent or existed only at a local community level. Concentrations of power will always be exploited to benefit the few. They can't exist without being misused.

    [–]emptiedriver 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

So you are fine with oligarchies, aristocracies, authoritarian kingdoms, dictatorships, or other forms of society where the few rule over the many?

You accept yourself that concentrations of power will be misused - shouldn’t we try to regulate that to some degree?

You suggest that people have power “over what they acquire through voluntary exchange” - is that really how people become billionaires?

The point of these kinds of taxes is not to take from middle class people who work hard and want to keep their earnings. It’s to even out the unnecessary and accidental over abundance that the super-rich have come into possession of, so that those just starting out have more opportunities and a greater sense of security. It isn’t about “power over what they own” but power to control society, to buy media corporations or elections, or take over and merge opposing businesses so that consumers only have one choice. Having so much money that you influence the economy so dramatically is not just power over your own property but power over everyone else, and it is constantly evident, even when you do not intend to do anything questionable. Where you think the money should go is where it goes.

    [–]Intuit 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

So you are fine with oligarchies, aristocracies, authoritarian kingdoms, dictatorships, or other forms of society where the few rule over the many?

How are these simply people acquiring property by voluntary exchange? Rule over people is not possible because people cannot be property; it's a violation of property rights.

You accept yourself that concentrations of power will be misused - shouldn’t we try to regulate that to some degree?

Regulate it with a concentrated power? The solution can't be more of the disease. Regulate via voluntary exchange and defense of that? Yes. A concentration of power is not merely a bunch of people choosing the same thing, it's a few or one person choosing something and imposing it by force on others.

You suggest that people have power “over what they acquire through voluntary exchange” - is that really how people become billionaires?

That's the problem when the state has taken over so much of the market, it's difficult to do things without playing along with it. My argument was that in a situation like in the past where there was far less state interference in the market, there's nothing inherently wrong with someone who acquires a lot. Of course lots of people currently acquired money through crooked means or through the power of the state. The state isn't going to fix this other than by drastically scaling itself back.

power to control society, to buy media corporations or elections, or take over and merge opposing businesses so that consumers only have one choice. Having so much money that you influence the economy so dramatically is not just power over your own property but power over everyone else

I don't think that this is possible without the state's interference in the market.

Please save up enough money to convince a banker to give you a loan so you can simply buy some property, then tell me how fucking simple and easy it is, Intuit.

You just blame it on laziness, when that's only a portion of what makes poor people poor. You sound like pretty much every conservative I've ever met (I'm not calling you one, just letting you know you sound like a country bumpkin living in a place with low taxes, low interest rates, and a high enough income to convince bankers that you have a dick to swing)

You just blame it on laziness

Huh? I never said anything about laziness. Stick to arguments rather than ad hominem. If I were to blame it on something, it'd be on being given misleading advice like yours to not save wealth for a rainy day. Hence why I make arguments for taking responsibility and not falling prey to envy and misunderstanding voluntary trade.

you sound like a country bumpkin living in a place with low taxes, low interest rates, and a high enough income to convince bankers that you have a dick to swing

I've never taken out a loan, and only recently gotten a credit card (for the fraud protection and bonus offers/rewards, always paid off by due date). Not sure why my personal life matters, though. Let's stick with arguments about the subject.

    [–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Being lazy keeps some people poor, sure. That's easy to admit, because it's true.

You don't know shit about banks and such if you think it's only "fill out these boxes, meet these requirements"

I've literally lived out the truth. Banks don't give a shit what you do so long as you play ball.

    [–]emptiedriver 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

A person who works at an ordinary job and is raising a family will not be able to save much beyond some limited resources for their children's future, potential emergencies, or retirement funds, even when they're good with their money. The ones who have real flexibility have gotten lucky in one way or another - some more fair or rational than others since money in business can be based on manipulation, cheating, cutting out at the right time, or just dumb luck, and being super rich will mean further investment and growth at a level that just isn't available when losing money is not abstract but a meaningful risk. If losing a few million is just a number, you can bet at significant odds and do pretty well when the stock market is going up. If losing a few thousand might ruin your life and you could need access at any time, you won't want to move it out of a safe savings account that barely accrues interest.

Higher taxes for the billionaires means we can provide some of the things those people might be scared about and give them the breathing room to invest their few thousand - make health care, education, transportation or vacations more accessible and affordable, for example...

    [–]denverkris 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

There are not enough "billionaires" to fund all the shit that people want for "free". Most any country who has successfully provided these types of services has done so by taxing everyone at high levels, because they figured out that a) there's not enough rich people to pay for it all and b) rich people get sick of having their money taken away disproportionately, and many will simply leave to protect their assets.

    [–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Even if you take away half of the billionaires' fortunes it would work out a couple of dollars each for the poor by the time it got to them, and that's a one off payment.

Also most of their wealth is not real wealth at all, its just current market valuations of property they own. What do you think would happen to Amazon share prices if Bezos said he was going to sale all his shares? It would fall through the floor. So much of his supposed wealth actually disappears the moment he tries to access it. It's been shown millionaires in the 1920s actually had far more physical wealth and physical property than the billionaires of today even though they seem to be richer and far further removed from the rest of us. Their money exists in companies, companies which actually do things for all of us, not sat in their bank accounts.

The best way of raising large amount of taxes to help people out is to tax everyone and every company reasonable amounts consistently, which is why that's what every government does. Putting an extra 1% on a tax can raise much more than any millionaire windfall tax and do so painlessly and keep doing so every year.

    [–]Iam1ofMany 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

You don't even understand the basics of the economy. Do you think people that have millions/billions just have it sitting in a bank account or under their bed somewhere saving it for a rainy day? What do you think they do with this money they have? Once you understand that then you might start having a clue to what you are talking about.

    [–]emptiedriver 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

They can certainly have a portion of it in some kind of mutual fund that is just growing or shrinking with the stock market, why not? And that's not really any different from having it in a bank account, where the bank can essentially use it to invest to the extent that they want to take a risk (that's why your bank account accrues interest), so the notion that by "investing" it you are helping the economy is very limited. You are helping other rich people. The poor are still poor - until someone taxes the rich and diverts some of that money towards those who aren't invested in the stock market!

    [–]Iam1ofMany 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I think your understanding of what a mutual fund is incorrect. A mutual fund is simply a fund that is invested in a diverse range of things in the stock market so its value flows very closely with the stock market. If you invest in a mutual fund you are investing in lots of companies which is completely different from having it in a bank account.

    [–]emptiedriver 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

no, I think your understanding of a bank is incorrect. Yes, a mutual fund is just investing in the stock market. But a bank account is just allowing a bank to take the risk for you - they will guarantee that you cannot lose any money, but they are not actually physically holding that money in a locked safe. They invest in the stock market too, and give you a small return while they make money off of your money, and can always move money around so that whenever someone needs access to their money, they can provide it. But it's all just numbers. There's no gold coins waiting in the back.

And the point is, all this investing is going into other rich people's pockets. People who don't have public companies or stock market portfolios are not gaining from it. The "economy" does well and for rich people this means their money grows, but for poor people it doesn't mean that much. Middle income people who might have a small retirement fund or something can feel hopeful with the stock market going up but it still isn't changing their life - just a number on a screen the slowly rises. If it didn't rise as much but they had stability through public means, they might be more secure.

    [–]Iam1ofMany 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Banks lend your money to other people, that is how they give you a return. Your interest rate in your savings account doesn't go by the stock market, it goes by what the current interest rates for loans are.

What do you think happens with money invested in a company such as Amazon or Ford? Do you think that might work to expand Ford or Amazon and may just, maybe, create jobs for those poor people that need jobs(if they chose to work).

-Restore positive relations with US allies

Already do. What "relations" have become negative under Trump and what tangible effects has that had? None and nothing. Even relations with Mexico are better, and Mexico's been working with the US to stop illegal immigration.

-Enact a meaningful plan to combat climate change

Won't happen. Biden doesn't even have a meaningful plan to dress himself.

    -Tax the rich

Already do. Quite a bit actually.

-Attempt to restore our weakened institutions & fire Trump cronies

You mean our corrupt institutions? They should be weakened. A corrupt buracrat in DC should not have more power than you.

-Last and most importantly, end Trump's authoritarian power grabs.

Like what? Protecting your right to free speech? Your right to own a gun? Lowering your taxes? Pulling troops out of the middle east? That's the exact opposite of authoritartian.

I did. It contradicts a lot of what he's been saying on the campaign trail. But don't worry. Assuming Biden wins, he won't be in office long. He'll either die to resign and Harris will take office.

    $750 is not very much

Not sure what you mean. If this is some jab at "Trump only paid $750 in taxes" you're literally pushing fake news. Trump paid millions in taxes, and for one year, due to businesses loses, was able to write off a lot of it, thanks mostly in part due to a law signed by Obama/Biden. If you voted for Biden because you hate a law they enacted, you just played yourself.

Telling states to stop counting votes, for instance. Not to mention firing comey, forcing out Rosenstein, etc.

Stopping fraudulent votes where Democrats have banned observers, yes. What are you afraid of people seeing?

Trump's an authoritarian because he fired Comey? Are you serious? Democrats wanted Comey to be fired. A Colbert audience fucking cheered when it was announced, until Colbert reissued their programming and corrected them that, yes, he'd been blaming Comey for handing the election to Trump, but now that Trump fired him for not doing his job, that means that Comey's good again.

The President can fire whoever the fuck he wants. Obama fired staff regularly. Trump exercising the legal powers of his job does not make him an authoritarian.

    Cope.

Heh, like you've been doing for the last 4 years by shouting "election interference!" and lying about everything? Looks like election fraud's ok as long as Democrats do it.

Trump was elected because the status quo got everyone in this country nowhere. People all over the country were disenfranchised with the legacy candidates. Obama took the sharpest right turn immediately after inauguration day you've ever seen, yet he's championed as the most progressive president we've ever had, and these people lap it up.

There is one simple fact here, and it's Trump's largest mistake. If Trump would have acted like a statesman after he was elected, he would have won 40 states.

Our relations with allies has little to do with Trump and nearly everything to do with the media. Climate change is just a boogie man they use to scare the feeble minded into accepting a never ending train of increasingly stringent and oppressive policies. Tax the rich is a lie only fools can believe. It is the middle class that gets crushed by taxes. Our institutions have been corrupted for decades now, mostly by leftists.

Democrats are clearly far more corrupt than trump could ever be as evidenced not only by individual corruptions like Bidens corrupt actions in Ukrain and Hillaries secret servers designed to protect her from prosecution, but also the corruption displayed by the State Department when they destroyed evidence for Hillary, and the FBIs corruption when they handed out immunity to Hillaries cronies for federal crimes they admitted to.
