Have you ever heard the legal theory where the 14th amendment created a parallel govt of political classes. White citizens, and black citizens.

Black citizens naturalized in voluntary serfdom under federal protection for protection from retaliation.
Serfs born into serfdom; for protection.. Contractually... 14th amendment.

And that during the bankruptcy of the govt in 1933 the majority of remaining white citizens were moved over to the voluntary serf side as collateral, and that their future income taxes were "volunteered" as bonded serfs for the sale of US Treasury bonds...? Serfs with civil rights, but not constitutional rights...

And that any citizen could volunteer out of the serf system simply by notifying the Lord of the manor of specific intent to change their political status, and reclaim their constitution rights; instantly living beyond the jurisdiction and reach of the administrative state and all of their agencies...!

I have not.
But I've heard of Common Law, Free Men, and other legal systems and statuses.
