As reported shit-teared corporate propaganda outlet Insider:
In a ruling Friday, Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric J. Davis concluded the right-wing media organization made false statements about the election technology company related to the 2020 presidential contest. Davis said the case would go to a jury trial, scheduled for April 17.
Taking the ability away from an impartial jury, the activist judge, who at least once, eluded to his bias in the ruling, granted some of Dominion's motion to just throw away Fox's defense preventing them from defending themselves at real trial, in front of an impartial jury. Now they will be banned from making such arguments and people will be left wondering, why they didn't make basic obvious defense arguments.
The Judge, showing his bias, lists at least one legal attempt to report accused election fraud, arguably a civil duty of all Americans, was "seeking to overthrow the election." This biased spin was used a couple other places too. This judge did not investigate the motivations of this action and apparently, was using his mind-reading insights....or just being a super biased dick, repeating AI supported think tank talking point terminologies used by media to psychologically manipulate viewers.
One may disagree that such super biased terms are signs of bias or that people seeking to address election fraud is automatically seeking to overturn an election, but I digress bias is open to interpretation...

The judge's ruling stated several factual sections about the election to establish that totally nothing was wrong with the dumpster fire election that no battle ground state's large counties followed their own laws and had many many serious problems....
Inaccurate facts
The judge lists starting page 20, in section 3 titled State Audits", that no audits found any problems...even talking of Georgia, which we all know is wrong.
In Georgia, the Secretary of State commissioned an independent testing laboratory to complete a forensic audit of a sampling of Dominion’s machines. On November 17, 2020, the audit concluded there was no evidence of tampering. The Secretary of State announced on November 19, 2020 that Georgia's statewide hand recount “confirmed the original result of the election."! Upon request of the Trump campaign, Georgia conducted another recount that again confirmed the election results.
Yet, we all know that the automatic recount triggered in Georgia found 2,600 missing ballots in Floyd County by November 16th and some missing in DeKalb County (turned out to be just 2), then 3,300 uncounted votes on memory cards, made public by at least the end of the recount by November 19th.
This was no secret, covered heavily by almost all US media. A random local source:

Remember, this is the state where Trump is being dishonestly accused of urging impropriety, by calling and asking if there were any more missing votes, as an insult to the public's intelligence,
Just for fun
Section 4 "Other Public Sources"
On November 12, 2020,a joint statement from CISA and others (“CISA Statement”) was released, calling the election “the most secure in American history” and stating “[t]here is no evidence that an voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.” On November 16, 2020, fifty-nine experts jointly announced that there was “no credible evidence of computer fraud in the 2020 election outcome” (“Experts” Joint Statement”).'
He neglects to mention that around 2 weeks later, these people learned that nearly our whole US government had been hacked for months, through the infamous SolarWinds exploits.
Also, he repeated the deceptive media talking point:
On December 1, 2020, former U.S. Attorney General William Barr announced that the Justice Department had not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud and had not seen anything that would change the outcome of the election.'
He neglects the context, like the media, that before starting, Barr warned the publicly that his position was extremely limited in its ability to investigate the election and was only even given authority to look into accusations that were wide spread and of large enough size to sway the election. It is suggested that he only looked into one or two things, although not made public.
Our election has that theme a lot. If many small frauds happen, such as at battle ground state, typically little can done about it, due to the wide-spread sway-the-outcome clause frequently attached. We learned that our legal system has no jurisdiction, ability, or facility to accept and evaluate election fraud, rather on in an expedited fashion and that this futile attempt, is exorbitantly expensive.
Hopefully you a sure there was no fraud in 2020, because it proved that if there was fraud, no one could reasonably do anything about it legally.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
