Exactly, but the problem isn't the system, the problem is the people. Almost all modern people are beyond repair. So use eugenics to replace them with good people.

Genetics aren't the problem. Culture is.

No, it's the culture. The culture has changed radically in the last ten years. The genetic makeup of the country has not.
