tl;dw: after the felons of J6 were unjustly freed by the radical right-wing supreme court, this jackass who was almost on the court himself has reached back to the civil war era laws to apply charges that don't even pass muster a LITTLE BIT. You can't be an officer of the USA and be in Congress. This guy should be sent to prison for wasting millions of dollars and thousands of man-years of patriot lives.
