I have no idea. It seems they would be able to read the stream. I think the proxy just changes ip. If that's what their looking at. Your still on their server? Try changing your DNS server probably as effective. I have heard that most debrid servers time is encrypted. That's for storage retrieval I think encryption is important. It's mostly open source not hard to build or get a VPN. But your isp knows what size underwear you slaped on today. And who you had a beer with last weekend. Somebody else can maybe answer your question better.
