A VPN is just part of it, I have a VPN but I use a separate computer for the dark side. I use any one of 20 neighbors wifi so they (fbi,SS,CIA or who ever) can't track my personal IP to my home. Back in the day I bought and sold weed, guns online with little work so anyone can safly brows the web in secret if they want.
