This is my thinking. The people who came up with this need to be fired. With the reason why they are fired easily searchable for their next potential employer.

This is bullshit. Complete bullshit. You may find a handful of psychologies that will go along with this but our natural instincts tell us this is wrong. A four year old does think about this stuff. A four year old does not need to think about this either! Fucking disgusting.
