Other countries have not figured out a better healthcare system. All those socialist paradises have shitty doctors and rely on medical advances that come form America.

Propaganda nonsense.

If you've got zero healthcare and can't afford it then obviously it will be better than nothing (unless they're trying to give you "free" vaccines). This is the case for MILLIONS of Americans.

As for the high-quality, again, you're mistaken. Certainly the US has a fuck tonne of money and fine healthcare establishments - only for those with the money. That doesn't mean the rest of the world doesn't ALSO have their own pinnacles of fine hospital-ity along with their own specialists and specialties.

There's no shortage of people coming to Canada, flying to Germany, or South Africa, or even Mexico or Cuba to get some specialist's procedure.

Except France, which uses the multi-payer model, which is a centrist approach with both public and private insurance. What you're thinking of is single-payer, which is a left-wing approach, and exists in England and Canada.

I prefer the French system, and it's been ranked as the best in the world.
