Be over weight, do not do enough exercise, do not spend enough time in the sun, eat like a dumpster.... You too can increase your chance of dying from cancer. Or any of the other fat diseases.

Depends. Does "healthy at any size" distinguish between "healthy sized" and "fat sized"?

I had this awful boss about 14 years ago. I secretly wished she would get cancer and die. She did but unfortunately it happened 5 years after I left the company.
