From what I have seen so far, many North Americans are taught to hate anyone that "do not follow the system" or anyone that is not from around. Some people are brainwashed so much that they think man made rules are above human lives and basic survival needs.

Not only are they tasked with teaching the US to hate, but also Who they should Hate.
