Real world trade will be allowed and encouraged. Real world trade involves buying gold from a gold seller and using it in game. This way you can train skills faster, get better equipment, and gamble. I don't think I'll sell gold directly in game but I'll allow players to get it from a gold selling website or from other players. Most servers don't allow this because it ruins the game's economy but I think it's the most interesting part of runescape. The fact that people have made a living off of a video game is fascinating to me and I want a version of the game where it is easy.
