Not sure if this is spam? Maybe an enthusiastic user

When you go to https://saidit.net/s/news/new/ most of the posts are from one user about one subject from one site.

I wouldn't want to tattle on an enthusiastic user, but also wouldn't want spam coming through if that is what it is.

That would indeed be spam, and you need to name names.
