Pretty sure they knew this for a while. They can also see through walls.

Yeah, I've heard about this before. I'm surprised it's being presented as brand new.

kids WERE NOT eating lead paint, leading to problems
the lead paint WAS causing them problems with their future plans
i saw a batman movie (didn't watch the whole thing, dunno which one, after 2005ish) with the cell phones used to make a map of everything and everyone in real time..
some reason i just felt this already was real

This ain't so "new". I got a pi zero with a device attached to it, that can "more or less" (rats, mouses, hamsters, dogs, cats, toddlers) detect, if anyone "touched" my things.
I strongly believe that there are two sorts of makers out there:
Those, that want to be reproduced by "pear" or some five-color-scheme (keeping git's e.g.)
but also those, that are rather "my" millennial - generation - alike:
Hiding all their shit.
We're going to see, who of those survives.

Only wi-fi? This radio tech uses the same microwave frequencies as cell phones. And just about everyone carries a cell phone with them where ever they go.
