This drove me to the edge years ago -- I don't go to comedy subreddits to hear about your latest political complaint, yet it was always there, usually with more upvotes than active users in the sub.

The only reason I hadn't moved anywhere else is because of a lack of mobile support (and content, but that's to be expected). Saidit, however, has a surprisingly good mobile app, with only one or two issues max, so I thought I'd fully commit. Haven't really regretted it since.

r/coolguides has been posting infographics on how to riot better (literal rioting tips) and of course the posts are getting guilded and upvoted into the 17k range. But if this was a conservative movement I bet the users would be banned and the subreddit mods would be replaced.

It's weird when reddit was formed from digg the community left digg for a lot less than the bullshit reddit is pulling.
