The left is giving you a taste of communism where everything is political.

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Left, be more specific.

The left which considers everything to its right "fascist"

Okay so not most classical liberals then.

Sorry, friends. Just venting here.

Considering zionist Jews own sports and Jazz is largely Jewish, nt that hard to comprehend.

I don't blame all Jews. But certainly a minority are pushing this "systemic racism", "systemic opression", "white privilage", crap. What about the 25% homeless children in the US? Not much talk on that. Instead we get all the millionaires and billionaires telling us what they want us to hear.

Now you know what it has been like being a right-leaning lesbian who just wants to live her life in relative peace. I've had to hear "HURRR DURRR THE PERSONAL IS POLITICAL" for ages now.

Consider starting /s/ClassicalMusic?

[–]bagano1 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (1 child)

Dude, you're listening to jazz...clearly, you know nothing about it.

[–]jet199Instigatrix 3 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 0 fun4 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

To be fair a jazz station is exactly where I would expect to be hearing about BLM.

[–]philosopher 3 insightful - 2 fun3 insightful - 1 fun4 insightful - 2 fun -  (2 children)

And now they say that listening to classical music makes you a white supremacist.

[–]CheesyPeas 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

As does taking walks in the countryside according to the guardian.

[–]NiceDickBro 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Haha what? Alrighty. If anyone needs me I’ll be at the Klan rally

[–]Godman 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

Because whites need reeducation.

I've said this before when I encountered friends who were "shocked" that I was against the nfl protesting by kneeling during the anthem. They're at work, I don't support people pushing their personal beliefs while at work. While at work you should do your job and keep your mouth shut. If you want to protest, do it after the game on your own time. I am also not in favor of pharmacists refusing to fill birth control prescriptions because they're pro life, or a clerk of court refusing to issue a marriage license to a gay couple. You can't pick and choose, folks. If you keep supporting this nonsense then every time you go to grab coffee or get a bite to eat you'll have to be bombarded with your server's political ideologies and I just don't want to have to deal with that shite.

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

Why even be against it? Who the heck cares let them kneel or not. You're being a crypto-statist. The NFL is largely owned by ZioCons and pro-war owners anyway.

Your mind is statist.

[–]denverkris 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

I said why I'm against it. Here, let me copy and paste it for you: If you keep supporting this nonsense then every time you go to grab coffee or get a bite to eat you'll have to be bombarded with your server's political ideologies and I just don't want to have to deal with that shite.

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

And who cares. Stop being a statist. Let them look idiotic.

You're advocating for the policing of behavior.

[–]denverkris 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

I care. And yes, while you're at work you do agree to having your behavior policed. Same as you can't just whip your dick out at work (at most jobs). there is nothing statist about that.

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

These are thoughts and none violent non-pederast behaviors; you're using a false equivalency.

They were talking about it on sports radio which I put on just as like white noise, I guess no surprise since athletes are all quitting so they don't get canceled

[–]CheesyPeas 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I got downvoted on reddit by hundreds of people for asking 'do we have to have politics inserted into every little single aspect of daily life?'

Apparently yes we do. Beatings will stop when moral improves!

Jass musicians discussing the Negro Problem ?!

Well, I never !

[–]goobandit 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

If you’re a classical music station saying BLM and you don’t play any Chevalier de Saint-Georges, you’re a liar

[–]Jesus 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Liszt. A total anti-Semite but a rockstar on the piano.

[–]Comatoast 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (0 children)

His last name means flour. That's kind of hilarious if you take that into consideration.

OP, aren't there music apps that can play whatever you like without having to worry about the opinions of others?

[–]goobandit 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Quick search shows so many classical composers made anti-Semitic statements. I mentioned Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges because he’s a black composer. If black lives matter, then play his music

[–]Jesus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

"The day will come when all nations amidst which the Jews are dwelling will have to raise the question of their wholesale expulsion"-- a question which will be one of life or death, good health or chronic disease, peaceful existence or perpetual social fever." --Franz Liszt

Many classical pianists, many of them Poles were anti-Judaic.

Funny thing is that Liszt had plenty of Jewish friends so did the likes of other pianists with the same beliefs.

Any good playlists I should know about?

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

weaponized . That is the right term, imo.

[–]Satanicflame 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Your mistake is listening to the fucking radio. I still have my iPod Touch just for listening to music.

[–]King_Brutus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

FM radio is typically left leaning from what I've seen (unless it's a country channel) or you're in a rural area. I'm not surprised jazz is left leaning or talking about BLM as their audience is primarily black.

Don't hang around here too long....it's nothing but politics
