But why couldn't they get a younger surrogate? This seems so needlessly dangerous. And why does it cost so much? There has got to be a cheaper way to implant an embryo. I'm sure you could go to a poor country and find a girl who would carry the kid for under 10k. $1k/month would change a lot of peoples lives.

Surrogacy is a dangerous practice in itself, using poor people for benefit seems too cruel, also, genetics is a dangerous science

It's not dangerous if the surrogate is young. And employing poor people is the opposite of cruel. Genetics doesn't fall into this.

employing poor people
Employing poor people for what? Falling prey to western decadence?

Employing poor people for what?
So they can eat, buy clothes, buy a house, live, love, laugh. If they weren't in need of a job then they wouldn't be poor.

You should know that there are other ways to help poor people instead of using them as breeding machines

That is nothing but virtue signalling drivel. There is no way to eliminate poverty. Whatever else that can be done to reduce poverty can still be done regardless of surrogacy practices. Any and all employment opportunities you bring to poor people reduce poverty. Taking those opportunities away because you would rather they have free money or some other hippie-dippie bullshit does not make you a good person, it makes you the evil person who took away their opportunity and left them with nothing. It is insane how many evil people are brainwashed into thinking they are good people because they chant anti capitalist slogans that if implemented would literally bring nothing but pain and suffering to everyone.

First off no one is exploiting anyone. Employment is voluntary, and mutually beneficial. Secondly, you aren't endangering any healthy young woman's life through pregnancy. You are, however, endangering the old woman's life regardless of how many sit ups she does. That is just nature. No one is talking about forcibly impregnating an unhealthy poor woman. How you managed to twist this all up into such an irrational and absurd narrative is simply insane.

Those poor people could sell their kidneys too.

Selling organs and going through pregnancy are two extremely different things.

Yep, pregnancy is a lot more risky and takes a lot more effort.
No it is not. It take zero effort, it is simply an long term inconvenience. And usually you don't even get paid for it. Selling organs costs you organs, going through pregnancy doesn't cost you anything.
