There's a reason that more money spent on confidential informants is spent in the Dearborn, Michigan area than anywhere else.

The list is operating as designed. Terrorists were never the target. It was always intended to be a tool to abuse law-abiding people.

I'm betting that when conservatives, antivaxxers, or similar dissidents are put on the list, the leftist ACLU will play deaf and dumb...one of many reasons they no longer have access to my wallet.
