So low quality workforce but hay there getting $15 an hour now, IMO the younger generation (18-40) is the worse. Now back to RV's, I sold my RV for much more than I paid new and unlike the new RV's out there everything works well and no leaks.

Capitalist greed. Once they reach the limits of their potential market, they can only continue to increase profits by cutting costs. This means using lower quality materials and cutting corners during manufacture. This model has been implented by manufacturing corporates for decades and it lowers standards and the quality of everything.
