“A fire broke out backstage in a theatre. The clown came out to warn the public; they thought it was a joke and applauded. He repeated it; the acclaim was even greater. I think that's just how the world will come to an end: to general applause from wits who believe it's a joke.”

This is why you shouldn't take drugs, children.

The seeds of Western -- and especially American -- collapse were sown decades ago. You could actually go back to the 1960s, or even the "victory" of 1945.

WWII was arguably a catylist for it. Or the backlash from it was exploited.

Still sad how this is even possible.

Why do women seem to have such ridiculously huge butts these days? Not just the young black woman who is the focus of the video, but also the older white woman as well.

Because a combination of things which all stem from society recently obsessing over big butts:

1) those with naturally big butts show them off instead of concealing them or dressing them down 2) those with smaller butts do glute exercises to grow them 3) horrific butt implant surgery

You missed a couple

4) weight gain 5) soy

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yup. Our overseers gladly provide various repackagings of seed oil, soy protein, and corn syrup for us to slowly poison ourselves with. IDK what they do with the real food... ship it to China maybe?

That's true, but weight doesn't always go to the butt.

I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing. We all get to have an aesthetics preference.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Never said it was bad. The surgery is though. Super dangerous and unhealthy.

Because some African fertility goddesses had a big butt, they think it is sexy.

4) obesity 5) sitting all day long 6)the natural fat distributions of women compared to men

Don't you just love all that diversity?

At first I watched it without the sound, and it didn't make any sense. So I watched it again with sound, to see if that provided any additional context.

It did not.

I don't know if this was fated for America since the beginning.

I feel like I missed out on a good era. I just entered my second decade of adulthood and my life is already becoming a dystopia when things were just starting to come together. The 80s and 90s were probably the last good times for somebody being in their 20s. I wish we had that back.

Why can't we be more angry and upset than we are now?
