Love your life
There is no time for hate, regret, or fear
For troubles far from home or near
The way in which your days are spent
Should not be set by outside events

 

For if you love your life
And invest in things that bring you joy
You'll have zest as if you were a boy
The world will seem a playground
If you yourself with friends surround

 

And you will love your life
You'll love it to the smallest piece
Routine will be performed with ease
And when you're tempted as things go amiss
You'll say: "I have no time for this."

Beautiful ! Reminds of the nowadays "ancient"-seeming times in my life when i read a lot of Ovids poems just for joy.

Not good: No coffee, no food, no nicotine, no shower, nowhere to sleep, no a/c, no clean clothes.

Yeah, i know that one. I was homeless for a while...

My advice is to find a warm place first. (Get sober, if required...) Because your body spends most its energy generating heat when it is missing.

Then eating and sleeping as next priorities.

If you "can't" find help, you're not searching "well" enough. There always is help. Just gotta find it, you know ?

How should i know ?

I "had to" survive in the woods, more or less... at about -8°C lowest temperature during night and fucking rain (almost snow, you know...) one night long ...

with some really serious withdrawal symptoms and later on then psychosis...

Low temperatures really can fuck, even almost kill you. Trust me.
