We appreciate your effort. Are you using Cloudflare or some other reverse proxy? Also, have you considered using tethering instead of a wifi hotspot? It may be more reliable. I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, to be honest. Is stealing library wifi the same as creating a hot spot? Because I thought a hot spot is necessarily based on mobile data (while you can tether an existing wifi connection).
