Jesus fucking Christ.

I am going to have to assume that they chose not to use the footage of anyone giving a normal answer. A "state of mind" my fucking fanny.

I never believed in this until I met my current partner. We met in our 30s and both just...knew...pretty early on (if not almost immediately). I've had a couple long term girlfriends before, and this one has just been different.

Fair enough mate. I actually love it, there's a surprising amount of nuance in those few little words so it's far from superficial.

Fuck I never realised you people had an issue with someone saying hello 😂. Is this an American thing?

From my days on UK dating apps everyone said hi or some variation thereof and then conversation would flow from there. It seems bonkers to make some giant leap about someone's personality based on them saying "hey".

Have you ever had a foreign girlfriend? What country was (is) she from? What did you like and dislike about her? Oh god yeah I agree. I think a lot are teens or early 20s, and find it fairly amusing thinking of them looking back on it later. The 35 year olds are laughable however.

The whole concept of non-binary is the very definition of self-centred gibberish.

I just can't take it seriously at all. It's like teens going through a goth stage - great fun, great sense of community within your group, but very very cringe to look back on.

"How dare you suggest words could be harmful in this particular context, how unreasonable! Nothing at all like how harmful the words are in this other context, that impacts me specifically. Waa!"

Depends on the drag queen to be honest. Bianca del Rio is savage and hilarious. Sasha Velour's show is pretty cool and artistic.

I see a lot of them as giving a bit of a nod to femininity, but they seem to acknowledge it's its own thing really.

Do children have the ability to have crushes? by [deleted] in Lesbians

[–]biggreensunglasses 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

So around age 7 I was convinced I had a crush on my then BFF Stuart (lol no sorry Stuart)

Then at 10 I had what I would now describe as my first ABSOLUTE OBSESSION and that was Wendy. I didn't realise it was a crush at the time, because 10, and not aware of sexuality, but in hindsight it definitely was.

It's also complete horseshit to position the TRAs on Reddit as being open to conversation. Go on r/actuallesbians and say something about not being into dick (no offence lads) and see how long it takes you to get permanently banned.

The labour LGBT group genuinely turns me off voting for them.

The only potential saving grace is that my local Labour MP has openly voiced her support for Rosie Duffield.

That and Kier Starmer's silence on the matter, whilst unfortunate, speaks volumes.

I agree. I keep questioning whether my views are in some way extreme because of these kinds of associations. But they're not - the word "lesbian" has a meaning and I will not be cowed into thinking that should include anyone with a penis. There is no penis involved. Ever.
