World War 3.0 is going to happen soon

Stock up on water and food, you'll need two months' worth or your well and garden. In case of a war, the first thing they do is attack power and water. So buy canned food and preserved food like Beef Jerky. Get a backup generator to power your computer and WIFI router to check online for news or recharge your cell phones.

I think we have a bit of time yet before ww3, still, it never hurts to be prepared.
Fuel is going to be the big problem, there's going to be no place to get more once you run out. I'd plan on doing without. Maybe get a still and you can at least have alcohol. Not sure if any gennies run on alcohol but you can at least heat up food and water.
Don't forget your fire making stuff. It's going to be just like camping. In fact camping is probably good practice for life when the SHTF.

https://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=181653 Used cooking oil can be used in Diesel vehicles.
It never hurts to be prepared, either WW3 or the Civil War 2.0 will break out due to Biden's failed policies. Camping gear will be needed get a Zippo lighter or a few of them and the butane to refill them with to start fires. Get a water purifier and grow a garden in your back yard. You need guns as well, but the ammo is set too high a price now to afford too much.

Can the big nation just fight with each other. Let other smaller nation live their lives

If WW 3.0 is between nuclear powers, it's not going to make a blind bit of difference if you've got Beef Jerky or not.

You underestimate the anti-missile defense system. I was a Federal Contractor for MICOM now AMCOM and I know we can block 90 to 99% of enemy missiles.

So Russia and China will have to fire something like 10 to 100 missiles before ones gets through and the EMP knocks a 10 mile wide hole in AMCOM, and every other system relying on electronics?
For reference that's between 0.5% and 5% of their combined arsenal.
Your Beef Jerky isn't going to make a blind bit of difference. The fallout will kill you unless you have some way to stop the dust coming in through your ventilation system. Assuming you have a bunker, and you get to it.

AMCOM is shielded from EMP and uses special DOD Intel chips that are EMP-shielded. They also have a bunker underground with backup systems. I don't live next to a military target so it would take time for fallout to reach me. But the USA will have wiped out Russia and China who don't have that good a missile defense system. Also, we have drones now to take out the remaining 0.5% to 5% of missiles missed.

I find it difficult to believe that the power and telecommunications infrastructure required to use them will stand an EMP. Was this all tested with real EMPs back in the 60s?

Good point. You may want to stockpile some water so you don't dehydrate, and get to die of radiation sickness.
But the USA will have wiped out Russia and China who don't have that good a missile defense system.
In which case you still won't need your beef jerky. The weather systems come across the pacific, bringing fallout.
Also, we have drones now to take out the remaining 0.5% to 5% of missiles missed.
They'll need to be quick. The DH-2000 is reputedly supersonic.

No way. Wars are controlled, timed put, and on purpose, some waiting in the wings for decades until it makes sense. There is way too much to get everyone riled up and fighting about so they can pillage the rest. There is WAY too much left to steal. Once that's done, maybe.
If I'm wrong, I'm gonna be the first one on my block with a confirmed commie kill.
