If someone who still has a Reddit account is reading this, please get the following out to the moderators of /r/news. Bardfinn and AHS have openly announced that they are organizing to target /r/news next:
I had the idea of directing people to posting "Daycare Dropoff" posts here in the stickied Discussion / Organising post - it would increase the traffic here, and provide a space for people to examine, discuss, and go about reporting stuff like short / buried comment threads in r/news, for example, or smaller subreddits that are perhaps not wholly hate subreddits, etc.
I also think that will take a dedicated team of moderators to handle the "shallow end of the pool" that would create.

The fact that they have now decided to target /r/news shows that they have no purpose anymore. They have banned anything and anyone they could ban, so now they are going to target all the subreddits that assumed could fly under the radar.
Anyone have any idea which those other "smaller subreddits that are perhaps not wholly hate subreddits" could be in reference to? They've practically gotten all their enemies banned during the last purge, so if anyone knows which smaller subreddits this remark is in reference to, please contact their moderators and warn them as well.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
