Why is the vaccine curing ailments that have nothing to do with Covid?

After I took the jab my back stopped hurting and my asthma cleared up. I think my gout is getting better too. Is this a miracle drug or something?

When you're vaccine-damaged body runs out of things for your immune system to attack, it will attack your organs.
