I read the indictment.

Trump did what presidents have always done. There is no president who has not maintained access to the records on which they based their decisions and periodically bragged about them. Many of those records are classified. These are ex-presidents. We know that they have access to information that the population doesn't.

Going after Trump for this has zero to do with protecting the American people. This is the most distilled example possible that the deep state never considered Trump to be legitimate. They believe he should never have had access to those records in the first place, and as soon as he is out of office, they treat him as an outsider spying on the government. HE WAS THE PRESIDENT overseeing the government these documents were used in service of, but they never accepted that. Never. He was always unwelcome, even when he occupied the office. This is their full-throated cry that "he never was the president, and we will punish him for having ever assumed an office that we never wanted him to assume."

Again, none of this has anything to do with protecting the interests of the people of the United States. Trump is also not particularly interested in that, btw. This is about pure power. They want to punish a man they despise and make sure the ideas of his followers are viewed as too dangerous to espouse. They will do whatever it takes to do this. They want power, they want to keep it, and that is the entirety of the premise for this prosecution.

Trump is no angel, and he'd do the same were the positions reversed, but the people against him are blind to the fact that the American people (outside the ~20% hardcore partisans for them) recognize that they have no legitimacy to level these charges. The American people recognize that the deep state exists, and that their hands are every bit as dirty as Trump's - at a minimum. What they particularly loathe about him is that he had the correct language and attitude to gain people's attention and to point out the obvious - elephant in the room - corruption that underlies the institutions of a dying nation. That genie doesn't go back in the bottle, and they are now mortally wounded. They can never forgive Trump for showing who they really are, even as they desperately continue to try to go back to the days when "the people" were willing to look the other way. Too late.

”Trump is no angel, and he'd do the same were the positions reversed”

And that probably proves that deep-state is ready to orgy raunchy with him around next election. Drumpfft is about to become legitimate and he might be trying to grab your pussy soon enough. 💀☠️💀

This is a thoughtful reply that took time and effort. Thanks. TDS is a very real thing not seen since they days of R Reagan. Even when DJT is dead the whackos will still try and piss on his tombstone and family name dang sure.

Let’s be loyal to someone else’s family name and get buried right alongside with them instead.

The history of this USA country is so filled with many layers of justice it's staggering. Color of your skin, what is your family name, what religion, worth how much money, do you wear a badge or not, what political party, what sexuality are you and the list just goes on and on. Whoever this piece of shit is I wonder if he thinks just saying something obviously a lie somehow can make it true.

They released a bunch of pictures of boxes. Lots and lots of boxes. This was to mislead you because they are only questioning like a couple hundred documents, which would fill less than half of one of those boxes.

Trump, like all other Presidents before him, was building his presidential library. The only difference is that the national archive was weaponized against him. They refused to work with him, like they did to the previous Presidents, and they setup a plan to to legally attack him, even though he and his staff had been in constant and recent contact and collaboration with them.

We know Biden had recently been found with much more documents and his were spread all over, not neatly boxed in a storage room (even if it is a disused restroom...with a chandelier). We all know Biden wont get charged with a felony. They've already swept it under the rug and we'll probably never hear about it again, in Biden's case.

"Rules and laws" make no difference when the goal is "get Trump at all costs". Prosecution of him knows no rules or laws. The rule is quite opposite for others where no rule or law applies. Even those who have a terminal case of TDS know this.
