Would sending taxpayer money from White countries to third world countries be the most effective way to stop refugees and migrants?

The recent news that some Paki refugees died trying to get into Greece reminded me of my high school pro-refugee English teacher. Even though he was straight, white, old, and male, he was a massive liberal. He especially loved Hispanic mass migration. I remember one class where he seriously defended and supported more dreamers and illegal kids in the country by explaining that they were just coming for a better life and escaping countless problems in their home country.

I have no idea how he seriously thinks replacing Americans with Mexicans, Hondurans, or Guatemalans is good. While I understand that their country is terrible, I have seen all the problems these people cause in America. They are not innocent future doctors. They pretty much have no interest in education. They are focused on committing crimes and draining the US welfare state by pumping out as many kids as possible. Add to the fact that these people cannot even speak English and have no intention of returning home.

This is a similar issue for the Pakis trying to get into Europe. Paki refugees are some of the most violent refugees in Europe. They also have no interest in being normal. In addition to destroying Europe's demographics further, they also drain the country's welfare state. Sadly, some died, but it is good they were not allowed to reach Europe and commit more rapes and problems.

It would be great if America stopped starting all these wars and causing all these migrant problems. I saw that Italy does something like paying the Libyan government to avoid refugees and migrants from reaching Italy. There is only one reason for this mass immigration into Europe: white men have no balls. There is no other reason.

I think on a more local level, the police roll through the neighborhoods that pay taxes and avoid the ones that don't. Its like the same on a much bigger and life threatening scale.

I thought it was the opposite, like cops "over-police" the poor neighborhoods and that's what lefties were complaining about.

Aren't we doing that? The EU paid Niger a fuck-ton of money to shutdown their border (a long-established route for illegal immigration). We do the same with Mexico (although Trump had the balls to tell them he'd jack up tariffs on Mexican goods to 50% if they didn't do it on their own). We are sending billions to these countries already. When do we get a return on our investment?
