Usenet is still going on, though it's nowhere what it used to be back in the early days (Yes, I was there. Yes, I am old.). Alt.binaries is what you're looking for, but you'll want to run local virus scans on anything you bring down. Putlockers, 123Movies, and Project Free TV. I just hate those GAY FUCKING betting site ads on there from that shithole-ass fucking Arabian country with those hairy, ugly, small-dick, little-girl-raping assholes in the ads. I'd be willing to pay like $3-5 a month just to avoid that fucking Arab scam shit on there; the banner ads blocking the page are annoying, but the "clever" ones where they interrupt the movie midway, are infuriating.

I usually pirate at the old piratebay, limetorrents and occasionally on Russian sites like new-rutor.

Each place has something different, always good to have alternatives in case you want something very specific or some torrents just don't have any seeders left.

it mainly only has new or super popular movies it seems. I often want to download older or more obscure music albums and they're not on pirate bay
