As a starter, sexism is defined as discrimination based on sex, whereas misogyny is the unnatural hatred towards women. These two are NOT the same. Sexism is (pretty much) an institution, whereas misogyny is an attitude. Barring women from decision-making is not misogyny. It is in the best interest of everyone including women themselves. Forcing a woman to open doors instead of opening them for her when you know she is the traditional type IS misogyny. Female genital multilation IS misogyny. In fact, I would argue pushing women to be like men instead of letting themselves be in their natural habitat (mothers and wives) IS misogyny. It is wanton disrespect towards the female nature, lmao.

Racism is defined as discrimination based on race. Do we need to discriminate against foreign communities trying to settle in East Asia, the next superpower and heave on earth? Do we need to bar XM from getting jobs in East Asia based on their race? Hell fucking yeah. We also need to bar women (including our own) from decision-making because we all know how female nature is, lmao. Sexism based on rational scientific thinking is perfectly good and valid and exactly what we need, and it would make both men and women happy. Without institutionalizing and enforcing both racism and sexism, we will not survive globalization.
