The way I look at it, its mostly Justice Roberts deciding everything. 4 of the republicans and all 4 of the liberals always vote their party line, Roberts is the only one who really seems to vote based on the law rather than his party affiliation, and is usually the deciding vote. I don't always agree with the dude, but at least one person is doing their job right

Funny comment considering you have 6 republicans and 3 dems on the court, and only the republicans are mysteriously voting with the dems occassionally.

Agreeing with dems isn't "doing their job right"

All these laws that the republicans might overturn will end up harming them more, because they don't understand how CRT works. They don't understand that the liberals have a framework for discrimination without doing it explicitedly and the liberals control the institutions, so whites will be majorly ruined if the Supreme court becomes "color blind" and the worst part is that republicans will have no framework to even understand that whites are being discriminated against. At least now you can point to woke laws and policies.

Woke overrepresentation also works as a good redpill for jewish power, by simply showing if you distinction between jewish whites and christian whites, then christian whites are suddenly heavily discriminated against in the US if looking at representation and then it is easy to point to who owns the media, etc. to show why they are discriminating against christian whites to further the interest of their own group, jewish whites.
Jews are some of the biggest beneficiaries of affirmative action programs, because "whites" only have a limited amount of slots, and by replacing christian whites with jewish whites, they eliminate their competition and can do so legally.

jesus christ how fucking partisan of writer can you be?

hard-right supermajority astounded the nation by tearing up decades of settled law.

To add insult to injury, Ginni Thomas, the extreme conservative activist married to Justice Clarence Thomas

Having curtailed in June the ability of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to curb emissions causing planet heating

the court enters blockbuster territory with Merrill v Milligan. That case could topple the last remaining pillar of the Voting Rights Act, which has safeguarded the democratic rights of African American and other minority citizens for the past 57 years.

it goes on and on. fuck the Guardian all the way to fucktown
