This is still a fantastic image after all this time.
I have a sticky up explaining my attitude about the alt-right and Christianity. But I wanted to make one thing clear about just why this sub exists, what to expect out of it, and just what's welcome here. I think I can sum it up in three simple concepts.
As simple as that. It's OK to be white. It's OK to look on white history and culture with pride, respect and admiration. The fact that you're white doesn't mean you have to apologize, squirm, 'make up for past injustices' committed by people you never knew and who largely existed before you were born, in a world where injustice is a universal sport played in abundance.
You don't have to go on the defensive and explain to an unsympathetic SJW how you're a good person even though they automatically think you're Hitler 2.0 just for saying it's OK to be white.
That's one reason why I have a low-tolerance mod policy around here. On any other number of subs you can go find and pick a fight with people who will lash out in horror at the attitude of "it's OK to be white". On this sub, white people having racial and cultural self-respect is not a controversial prospect that needs justification. It's the norm. You can relax here, and talk among the like-minded, particularly those who also value Western civilization and white people's historical and cultural contributions to the world. Not only that, but you can talk about the problems white people face that other people - especially Christians, I am forced to admit - are afraid of openly discussing.
I think people deserve that much.
That doesn't mean I will eliminate all dissent or questioning. But it does mean that if you come here to ask questions, be on your best fucking behavior. Come here if you're honestly curious about something. If you're just here to fight alt-righters because you hate them, go do it elsewhere.
I don't particularly give a shit about the worst of the worst humor, memes and jokes out there, and I think Gab has the right idea when it comes to censorship: the less, the better.
But there's enough places online where alt-reichers (or left-wing false flaggers) can LARP. I think a sizable number of white people want to be able to talk and feel at ease without having to share space with someone doing his best Colonel Klink imitation, or whose contribution to comments hovers at 'I HATE NIGGERS SO MUCH KILL THEM' and little else.
Go ahead and talk to me all day about IQ differences, genetic differences, policies and more. Get controversial with your ideas, and we'll debate and discuss them among ourselves. But when this passes over into gimmick-land - when someone's whole reason for being around seems to be look-at-me bullshit - they're out of here. There's other subs where that's tolerated; this one isn't it.
It goes without saying that threats, harassment, doxxing and other bullshit isn't tolerated either, and will be eliminated on sight.
I'm a Catholic. In fact, a fairly traditionalist one. But this is not a Catholic sub, nor is it even an exclusively Christian one. I neither expect nor demand anyone commenting here be a Christian. I welcome atheists as well.
But Christianity is woven into European and American history. It is an inseparable touchstone of white people's history. Insofar as this is an alt-right sub, a broad respect for and encouragement of Christian belief, symbolism and general behavior is favored. To be proud of white history and contributions is to be proud of literal armies of Christians, acting on beliefs that were common to them all, even in those times where they went to war with each other.
That said, there's a big difference between the cultural and moral legacy of Christianity, and modern Christians. Put simply, most modern Christian clergy suck - and I include Catholics with that. They're cowards who have betrayed their flock, particularly on cultural and ethnic issues. Have criticisms of them? Go ahead and air them. I damn well will.
This should give people an idea of what's expected here. If you've got questions or concerns, ask them here.
Welcome to the sub.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
