Fuck pointless violent riots.

Fuck WallStreet and occupying it too.

OCCUPY THE FACTORIES, especially the ones closing down. Then occupy the less perilous but still problematic factories, then the open factories as well as the vacated factories to take over and re-activate them. TAKE OVER ALL THE FACTORIES TO INSTALL WORKER COOPERATIVES (aka, worker directed enterprises with direct authentic democracy) that won't sell out nor relocate to distant lands nor pollute their local communities.

EDIT: Also! A worker cooperative looks after its employees and local communities. Rather than cutting some poor fucker's job, everyone might work one hour less - or whatever it takes to maintain the community, the families, and the individuals, their self-esteem and their economic sustainability. Further, they don't "externalize" their problems onto the common tax payer for a little more profit (ie. toxic pollution, slave wages needing food stamps, exploitative unhealthy work hours, health insurance, etc).

(This is why socialism is a bad word, especially small-scale local socialism or Marxism that is far more fair, more sustainable, and harder to corrupt. Much less the taboo of a socialist collective run work environment, not exploitable by the few.)

Of course the "authorities" with their monopoly on violence will abuse the people, but nothing will be gained without a LEGIT THREAT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT and it's corrupt rigged foundations. Let "them" bring the riot to our peaceful protests and let the world watch their shameful actions (or hopefully doubtfully their noble acquiescence).

Also start or support local and state banks rather than those "too big to fail".

His best work so far, Avi Lewis is married to Naomi Klein who's work, especially The Shock Doctrine , is good but take her climate book with a grain of lefty-salt as she's not big picture enough and still fits inside the Overton window of authority controlled acceptable viewpoints.

Great point about occupying the factories. That might also be why the US deliverable deindustrialized.

The next step is getting rid of the bosses.

Tom didn't reach out to me. I sort of feel bad about using this name. When I picked it I didn't think about the fact that people would reuse their names based in their reputation in Reddit, cause I lurked for years so it didn't occur to me. Maybe Magnora7 could make an exception and revise my name.
