apple juice with mold.

serious question actually, i have a gallon of apple juice that was showing some kind of mold on the top..

is it making wine? is it ok to drink?

it looks green. just fyi, i have eaten way moldy bread before and i am still here.

Some mold is okay, other mold creates poisons in the substance it's growing on. How lucky do you feel?

I'd toss it personally, green mold ain't making booze.
