I know few (Buck Angel, for example, transitioned in 28 or 29), but they all related to porno-industry or are from asian countries and related to sex work as well.

As far as I saw statistics, majority of transitioning females are either very young kids, who are not aware about anything yet, or girls in age of around 14-20 years, with more leaning towards 16-18 years range. I saw rare exceptions among so-called "fujoshi" (they are calling themselves like that, even thought it is a slur), who are big fans of yaoi anime with feminine boys, and who want to become gay men and sleep with gay men. However, even they are often around 23-25 year old.

Before gender theory became big, there were almost no female transsexuals with SRS or any serious hormonal practices. Almost all dysphoric people were men. By UK statistics there were 4910 transsexuals with heavy dysphoria who applied to Gender Recognition Act in UK from 2004 to 2019. And from them only dozen or two were females.

I feel like it’s rarer, but there were older FTMs I met when I used to be in those communities. They were still HSTS though (very butch pretransition), so very different than older MTFs who were almost always straight. It was usual though, like most female transsexuals I knew were in their late teen or early 20s. No straight females I ever heard of being trans back then though. That seems like a totally new thing.
