Repetition. It's so difficult to stay consistent in this sport, especially with the playing field constantly changing from hole to hole and course to course.

Yeah I get it, but that's where the problem lies. I hit alot of golf balls. Over 500 a week easy, and that would be a slow week. I play enough to where I shouldn't be this wildy inconsistent. If I just played whackfuck every weekend I wouldn't have even had the audacity to type the post, because I wouldn't have any real expectations. It's because of the time and money spent on the game, where my expectations understandably get higher for myself.

Try some palmitoleic acid and you might see your consistency pick up. Also be sure to take care of your joints with some silica supplements (Biosil works)

Thanks! . I'm in very good shape and take alot of supplements. I'll look at my joint addition to my vitamins and change accordingly.

I'm always curious. I know silica worked for me when I disc golfed regularly.
