Any Animal Crossing fans in here?

I'm super excited for /s/AnimalCrossing to be created. I'm not very interested in debating politics on the internet. I just want to share fun game moments with others, look for trades, see island tours, and all the other fun stuff Animal Crossing brings to the table. Reddit skeeves me a bit because I'm more a fan of the traditional forums from the early 2000s. Saidit is a nice intimate place.

i am! i recently got new horizons around 2 months ago, though i do wish it had a little more content.

I think the "slow drip content" strategy is pretty genius. They've proved that they have a strong backlog of content through the recent updates. Sure it would be nice to have all the content at once, but I'll trade that for a fresh and active community.

that's fair, i just think that i'm the type of person to go through content relatively quickly in the games i play. so the game can get a little boring for me at times. i agree with acnh having an active community though. there are people you can interact with all the time and talk over the new content that comes out.
