Starfield is a very inclusive game but perhaps the most inclusive part is that the player character can romance Sarah Morgan, who appears to be about 55 years old. I think this is a positive step forward for diversity and deepens the sci-fi immersion. In the real world, plenty of 60-year-old men are playing video games. There's no reason players should only have to romance 20-somethings. A science-fantasy romance with an elderly woman sends the message of "I've had two bad divorces, and you have grandchildren you have never met, but we're still active enough for romance." This deepens the sci-fi world-building because it implies that space age medicine is keeping people alive and healthy for longer and longer lifespans.
