I watched it last night, and it was a really emotional documentary. I had a lump in my throat the whole time.... but when they played this video of Kerri Strug vaulting on an injured ankle, and really gave it context, I cried like a baby.

For context, the husband and wife that ran the elite gymnastics camps were pretty much abusive psychos. They'd slap the girls, and call them fat, and humiliate them. It goes in to how Nassar was able to get away with molesting over 500 girls - because they had already been so broken down by the abuse suffered from the other coaches and trainers, they didn't even trust their own judgement about what was right and what was wrong with regard to how people treated them. I think the quote was - They call you fat, and lazy, and say your ankle doesn't hurt. But in your mind you think your fit, and working hard, and your ankle does hurt. So you begin to doubt everything you believe.
