Great post, OP!

Are all of the trans people suiciding every day in Europe where the language is so heavily gendered?

Whenever I hear about the high numbers of trans suicides that are supposedly occurring, I always wonder: if so many trans suicides are happening on a regular basis, where are all the bodies? Why has no coroner, medical examiner, public health expert, suicidologist, suicide-prevention charity, government office of statistics, or funeral director picked up on these vast number of deaths? All these professionals keep careful records and produce reports on trends in the causes of death all the time, so you'd think by now that one of 'em in one municipality, state or country somewhere would have raised the alarm about all the trans suicide victims in the world's morgues.

Also, with all these trans suicides supposedly going on, how come we never hear of any funerals or memorial services for these people? Given the way the trans lobby and TRAs go overboard with public spectacles meant to show the world that trans people are vulnerable victims - like "The Trans Day of Remembrance," an annual event meant to celebrate - oops, I meant commemorate - the number of TIMs who die of homicide - you'd think they'd have an effin' field day with funerals, candlelit vigils and such for all the trans people that are supposedly dying of suicide all the time.

With so many trans people supposedly dying of suicide in droves, why aren't their names read out in solemn ceremonies each year? Why isn't the HRC pressing for a monument to be built to honor them in one of the world's capitals similar to the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial in Washington DC?

Since the trans community is so self-obsessed, loves to cry about how hard they have it, and is full of creative types, why hasn't anyone written the equivalent of "In Flanders Field" about all the trans people felled by suicide?

Seems to me that the trans lobby and TRAs are being awfully exclusionary and unkind to trans people who die of suicide. Trans people who die at the hands of others get lionized and mourned by the trans lobby & TRAs, but trans people who die at their own hands are being ignored and invisibilized by them. Seems it's useful for TRAs to blather on about all the trans who supposedly commit suicide in a general way for the purpose of political point scoring, but they have no interest in acknowledging, naming, mourning or memorializing any of the individuals who die this way.Funny that.

On the other hand, they could simply be lying about all the trans people who are supposedly dying of suicide the same way they lie about most everything else.
