What the fuck is this latest nonsense that Strangio is espousing?

Voting and other rights in the US were initially relegated only to white men who were over age 21 and owned land. That's what the laws said.

Later laws/amendments that extended rights were also very clear that voting and other rights were still granted only to men. Men being adult human males. And male being one of the two human/mammalian sex classes or categories.

The term "sex" is mentioned in many US federal and state laws such as the US Civil Rights Act of 1964 and federal Title IX of 1972.

If "biological sex" was not mentioned, it's because it's redundant. Sex itself is inherently biological by definition.

I'm finding it harder and harder to believe that Strangio earned a law degree, or even passed 8th grade. If Strangio is any indication, taking exogenous testosterone is a surefire way to kill off female brain cells and destroy women's reasoning ability.

Not only that, but that the ACLU is constantly sending Strangio out as a media spokesperson.

Maybe there are elements in the ACLU with some integrity left and they're trying to sabotage the gender ideologist takeover by platforming a complete doofus like Strangio, who discredits genderism every time she opens her mouth or twitter account?

My guess is that “biological” as a modifier was only added in response to the obfuscation around the term “sex” created by conflicts involving transgender rights. If so, that would make Strangio technically correct — but so what? As you point out, the concept wasn’t new, just the need for the awkward wording.

Strangio is obfuscating as usual - as you say, no need for the word "biological" because no one would have thought otherwise before Gender Uber Alles.

So sad to see what the ACLU has become. They really need to change their name b/c whatever they stand for these days, it sure ain't the civil liberties of all Americans.

The worst part is many people haven't realized that the ACLU, Amnesty, Human Rights Watch, UN Women, National Center for Lesbian Rights, National Organization for Women, etc., and ad nauseam, have been swallowed by Trans, Inc., and so still trust them.
