I want to point out something. In the second video (I linked above), one of the women says that they were in there with a 9 year old and a 14 year old, neither of whom had ever seen a penis before and were traumatized. I just want to point out that even if these girls HAD seen a penis before or were not visibly traumatized (and we do know that trauma can be invisible for years) that it would still be wrong for an adult with those genitals to be exposed to them, or for their unclothed bodies to be exposed to that person. I think we need to be clear about our expectations that the boundaries of safeguarding for children do not depend on those children's emotional response to violation of those boundaries. It is only recently that we have become aware, as a society, that grooming children to accept boundary violations is problematic. We need to ensure that society does not walk that standard backwards.

There are children of all ages in many women's locker rooms - laws allowing men to self ID as women allow pedophiles to also access free live porn.

This is something that needs to be pointed out to our fellow citizens as well as lawmakers - it's not just about women's dignity, privacy and safety, it's about a baby's right not to be masturbated over by a fucking pervert.

I guess they have no choice? Body Blitz, a (formerly) female-only, clothing-optional spa in Toronto was forced to change its policies to mandate bathing suit bottoms and admit males after a 'pre-op' heterosexual transwoman (I think they may even have identified as 'genderfluid' or some such nonsense) demanded access.

I feel reluctant to pay for admission to 'female-only' spaces these days because I know there really is no such thing.

And the activists swore blind this wasn't going to happen.

They still do.

Predatory men are "faking it and not true trans" (yeah, duh), and all the others are perfect angels who just want to flop their dick'n'balls in our faces pee in peace... until they aren't.

And then they "aren't true trans" and were faking it too, and all the others ...

Yes, Shrodinger's Trans. Much like how 'everyone who says they're trans is trans' until they detransition, whereupon they were never trans in the first place.

Gender identity is protected by California discrimination law, and that extends to businesses right to deny services under the "Unruh Civil Rights Act".

The spa's website says:

A Korean spa is not for the modest. To enter the spa and sauna on gender segregated floors, we ask that no clothing be worn. Bathing suits are not allowed in the spas.

If those employees said anything, all the dude would have to say is he's a trans woman, and any action after that point could result in a lawsuit. The business owners and employees would have to fight it in court just like the "gay wedding cake baker" did, and most people are not prepared to take it that far.

I'm proud of that woman for standing up for herself and all the other women there, but this is the unfortunate world we're living in. Fighting among ourselves and with small business owners who don't have a choice isn't going to force the change we need.

Leave it to men to find a way to make being a pervert a protected class.

One of Jessica Yaniv's victims had to interview 20 lawyers before she could find one who was willing to take her case, such is the stigma of 'transphobia'.

'Gender identity' anti-discrimination laws will ultimately result in female-owned and female-oriented businesses being forced to close, as their staff and clientele will have no protections.

Oh yeah, I hear ya.

Dhillon Law Group is probably a safe bet, they fought for Meghan Murphy and are based out of San Francisco. Also have offices in New Jersey and New York.

Anyone in Canada, also be sure to bookmark Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, that's who fought for Sheila Poyer (Yaniv's victim).

I wonder sometimes what would happen if all female-focused businesses closed or went co-ed/neutral and refined their focus and product to have nothing to do with sex-segregation at all, and these pervs no longer had the support of real women of society affirming them because all the rest of us went underground.

There's always going to be some handmaidens, of course ... but when they're surrounded by dudes who want nothing to do with them, and women who stroke their egos but not their cocks ... then what? Does the house of cards come tumbling down, or does something far more sinister and worse occur?

And of course the woke hipster dude had to jump in and mansplain. Is subjecting non-consenting women and children to phalluses really the hill you want to die on, bro?

It gave me so much joy to hear the other women jump in and back her up, causing him to retreat. I also loved the one woman asking for a refund. That is how we have to do it--women united and pushing back against this insanity.

Those guys are the fucking worst. They are the descendants of the "male feminists" of the 90s and 00s. The clip from Joe Rogan about them is funny as all shit.
