Ouch, that burn has gotta hurt.

On a side note, the Scottish police arrested a woman for posting a pic of a suffragette ribbon, but JK and other women are getting rape and murder threats.

Am I seeing anyone arrested?

No I am not.

What's going on with the incident in Scotland btw? I hope that lady is OK.

Marion Millar was recently informed by the authorities that her day in court has been postponed Not sure why, or if a new date has been set.

What!? She's actually going to court? For posting a ribbon? Is there anything else to it? Did she make some threatening remarks or something?

I know Scotland's lost it's mind and is on it's way to becoming North Korea (lord help them if they're stupid enough to go for independence) but even this seems a bit much.

However her solicitors said they had been notified by prosecutors that this had been put off until August 17.

The theory is (so I hear) that it's been moved to the school holiday so fewer women will be able to come, because their kids will out of school and sitters will be a problem.

I think they are severely underestimating how pissed off women are about this shit

The dates changed.

However her solicitors said they had been notified by prosecutors that this had been put off until August 17.

That's why they swapped the dates, to try to screw with the demonstrators.

Can't have the public seeing just how many people disagree with this bullshit.

She really ought to have let this dry humor out more in her books, I only saw it a few times there but damn she makes me giggle

I admire JK so much. I can’t imagine having this much shit thrown at me on a daily basis and still dealing shade and truth on Twitter. She’s a warrior and a role model for all of us.

Newsweek is now covering this story, and not with their usual pro-TRA bias. The peakening is real.

I used to dislike JKR because she came across as woke af. She used to say UK should receive more middle eastern imigrants etc etc That was before the rise in acid attacks and the discovery of all those rape gangs. Now I'm back to kinda liking her.

She’s clever and brave. Thanks for speaking up, JK.

We can only hope. But I'm so happy that she's not letting these misogynistic Jackasses push her around. Fuck Yes, you go Rowling! The main thing I hope this does is that it inspires other prominent women to stand up and speak out as well. If JK Rowling can do it with such vigor. so could any other prominent woman because let's be real, there's gotta be more of them out there who really don't buy into the trans nonsense but are trying to stay quiet about it but hopefully JK Rowling helps inspire them to not be afraid to stand up and speak out.
